Who Is Kelly
Kelly was born and raised in NE Ohio and holds a master’s degree in Business Administration. Kelly and her husband moved to Clermont, FL in 2010 where Kelly began her real estate career in 2014. In her free time, Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband and three children- Addison, Greyson and AJ. In 2021, Kelly and her husband formed the non-profit The French Family Foundation which they use as a vehicle to raise money for families in their community who have children with disabilities or who are adopting and need assistance. She is a previous volunteer with Special Olympics, a former board member of the Central Florida Dreamplex and recently retired as a volunteer with her husband as Awana commanders for their church after 10 years of service. Their favorite pastime as a family is spending time at the beach. Throughout her entire real estate career, Kelly has been passionate about assisting international and U.S. absentee owners with buying and selling investment properties, vacation homes and second homes in Central Florida and around the globe. Kelly holds the designations of Resort & Second Home Property Specialist and Certified International Property Specialist. In 2021 and 2022, Kelly was ranked in the top 1% of all real estate agents in Central Florida out of 24,000 agents and has been consistently ranked in the top 1.5% of all agents throughout the U.S. for the past three years.
